On the outside
It's been a rather busy week so I've not had time to update the blog. We went and had a look at the building after church last week and there has been quite a lot of progress. All of the windows are now in place.
Work has been started on the insulation of the new hall. There will be cladding put on top of the insulation to make everything look nice.
This photo is taken from the back of the building. The mound of earth from here is still visible in the bottom left hand corner. I had the thought that maybe we could leave it there and use it as the basis for a slide for the kids. We shall see. I've not suggested it to anyone yet.
François was at the building at the same time as us and had the key for the front door with him - so we tested it to make sure it worked properly. I'm glad to report that, yes, we can indeed open the door. We are destined for great things!
We'll be going to look at the site again tomorrow so there'll be more photos coming soon.
