Lots of wires
We popped in to have a look at the building yesterday after church. François and Alain have been busy. First off, they've extended the path and added a lot more gravel - about 2m³ I think.
Inside work has been done on the electrical wiring. This is a photo taken inside the smaller hall. The cross on the floor is trunking for the cables. Eventually concrete will be poured over the whole lot. It has been decided that in the old building we won't be plastering the walls, instead all of the joints have been filled and smoothed and we'll paint them. This should save us quite a lot of money and will still look nice when it's finished.
Whilst we were still there Alain came to pick up his jacket which he'd left behind. I managed to get a photo of him before he was really aware that I was there. He came in the front door because he has a key. I guess I'll get my own key in time...
